Value-Added Training
As part of Pilot's offer to deliver Level 2 accredited NVQ courses to individual learners, we have undertaken to provide an additional element of learning. This offer can be highly relevant for the individual course participant in meeting his/her aspirations within the context of his/her work environment.

All our accredited courses are offered with an extra item of training, specially selected to provide added value for both the employee and employer. The selection is aimed at being able to provide immediate opportunities for some form of operational improvement in the workplace.

Added Value for Metal Finishers
For organisations involved in metal finishing, the range of added-value options has been widened to include key topics from the Institute of Metal Finishing's Foundation Course in Metal Finishing.

This specialist knowledge training is delivered by the Institute's own trainers and is on offer to all companies within the metal finishing industry, whether or not they are members of the Institute.

These important topics cover BEST PRACTICE and the latest legal requirements for:

  • Maintenance of Solution and Product Quality
