Changes to the Institute of Leadership and Management Courses

The Institute of Leadership and Management has recently undertaken a major review of its range of certificated and NVQ qualifications and courses. This has brought about a major improvement to the range of courses available and in their accessibility and adaptability for learners from all occupations and backgrounds. As a result, new courses have been introduced and some removed or modified.

The details of the new course options for Team Leading and First Line Management have already been added to the Courses section of this website. We are in the process of updating our detailed information in the other Course options now available.
