At PILOT, we like to celebrate the successes of our course participants because we invest a lot of time and effort in helping them to gain their awards. We like to be present at any award ceremony and to share the pleasure and feelings of pride in their achievements, to capture this pleasure on film and share it with our colleagues and friends.

We introduced our PILOT Newsletter in 2006 in hard copy. The printed articles have been recast for inclusion on our website. You will find the contents of the individual Newsletter listed within the separate publications.

Published Articles
We are often requested to provide extensive details of our successful work in delivering our training and development programmes, so that informative case studies can be provided. This results in articles featuring our work being written by others and published independently. A selection of such items will be included in this Section.

Staff News
Our staff members are the lifeblood of our business and the key to the quality of our service to you. We value them highly and seek to ensure that together we share the PILOT vision of personal identification in helping others to develop their potential and achieve success. This vision was the guiding light of our two Founders, Kevan Parker and Mahmudur Jagirdar.

To cement this vision, we indulge ourselves from time to time in pursuing the occasional "relaxing" activity together. Such events include a "Founders' Day", held at the end of February to mark the passing of Kevan Parker, who was of such inspiration to the Company and who passed away suddenly in February 2005. These various events are reported in this Section.

We are also glad to join in the celebrations of some of the more personal achievements and milestones of our staff and a selection of the more recent successes are also included in this Section.

Other News
We live in a world of change, some generic, some enforced. Within PILOT, we try to grow to better meet the needs and aspirations of our client organisations and their employees and we work hard to achieve this. We also have to respond to changing requirements from external sources, such as the UK government, their various advisors and the key agencies within the training industry.

We intend to report on relevant changes and influences within the workforce training industry in order to alert you to events which may impact on your own training strategies and activities. These features will be included in this Section.

On numerous occasions we have been asked by others involved in our training and development programmes to provide details of our successes so that press releases can be issued by them. Information on the more recent of these will also be included in this Section.
