At Level 1, the qualification is also available to those who do not currently work in the industry but wish to gain some of the range of skills needed.
COURSE CONTENT: The courses comprise numbers of topics, termed “Units”, to be selected from a broad range of industry activities. At both Levels, there are 2 mandatory Units. At Level 1, there is a requirement for a further 4 Units to be selected from a choice of 6 options. At Level 2, 6 more Units are to be chosen from 15 options.
