Our Team
We have a team with a strong mix of practical experience in a broad range of industrial sectors, with a wide variety of professional business and training qualifications. Our management team has many years of hands-on operational manufacturing and commercial experience.

Our Trainer/Assessors are all qualified in both training and in their own industrial or commercial specialisation. Many are also fluent in a second European and in a range of Asian languages, enabling us to provide quality support for many learners whose first language is not English.

Together we form an enthusiastic team with a practical, down-to-earth approach to helping businesses and their staff improve performance and achieve their potential.

Experience
Since incorporation in 2001, our commercial and industrial experience and practical approach to training has enabled us to successfully guide our learners to gain over 8000 qualifications, many of which are relevant for today’s Apprenticeship programmes.

We have been proving our value to their employers ever since, becoming a preferred provider for many of them. In many cases, the positive impact on their operations has encouraged them to extend our services throughout their networks of companies. As a result, we have delivered workforce development courses as far afield as Sussex and Hampshire in the South and Lancashire and Yorkshire in the North.

We are approved as a provider of information, advice and guidance to individual learners to the level of best practice recognised throughout the UK, the Matrix Standard.

Inspection by the Adult Learning Inspectorate/Ofsted
In 2006, we underwent a thorough inspection by officers from the Adult Learning Inspectorate, now part of Ofsted, who awarded us with their highly creditable GRADE 2.
